Patient Care Representative - Part-time

We have immediate openings for a Part-time Patient Care Representative in the Fayetteville area.
*****Starting rate $15/hr. based on years of experience*****
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Utilize administrative skills to support the smooth operation of the office.
Demonstrate proficiency in using multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.
Apply knowledge of dental terminology to assist patients and healthcare providers effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for patients.

Skills Needed:

High school Diploma or GED.
Previous Medical/Dental Office experience. (preferred)
Excellent customer service skills.
Accuracy in financial records using patient account software.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Proficient in multi-line phone system.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to provide the best customer service.
