Part-Time cleaner (Must have car)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Maintain cleanliness in residential spaces through effective custodial practices.
Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices and public spaces to uphold a professional appearance.
Utilize floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.

Requirements

Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and safety regulations.
Ability to perform porter duties as required, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning tasks.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.
