Part-time cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential spaces. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that facilities are well-kept, safe, and welcoming for all occupants.
Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
Execute industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness in business environments.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Carry out porter duties such as moving furniture or supplies when necessary.
Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces to ensure they are clean and presentable.
Support residential painting projects when required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of living spaces.
Provide custodial services by managing waste disposal and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment or materials as needed.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all work environments.
