Overnight Delivery Manager
Overview:
Responsible for the delivery of both Bakery and Commissary to all 109 stores in Oklahoma City. Coordinates and
schedules drivers to merchandise and delivery product over 9 routes nightly, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
EDUCATION: High School/GED
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Responsible for the delivery of both Bakery and Commissary to all 109 stores in Oklahoma City. Coordinates and
schedules drivers to merchandise and delivery product over 9 routes nightly, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for hiring, training and discipline of 20 drivers including an assistant supervisor
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Coordinates delivery for two departments for all 109 stores nightly and schedules drivers accordingly.
- Reconcile and submit payroll for all overnight drivers.
- Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of a fleet of 20 trucks.
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure drivers are adhering to the standards required of drivers.
EDUCATION: High School/GED
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and departments.
