Outside Sales Representative Needed Traits:

No roofing experience is necessary
Track record of exceeding sales goals to drive revenue by creating leads through mostly self-generated methods
This is a hunter-based position that includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods knocking doors
Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection
The candidate must have passion, energy, and a positive and relentless attitude
The candidate will also possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player
Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:

Sales quota experience on resume
We offer a flexible schedule. However, availability to work throughout the day including evenings and some Saturdays
Proficient in working with computer software
Smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check
