We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy while maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and ensure correct items are selected.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
