Job Summary Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, a proven track record of managing production teams, and the ability to implement effective operational strategies. They will be responsible for optimizing production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed. The Operations Manager will also play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Essential Duties &Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet production goals Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure product standards are met Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Qualifications - Education, Experience & Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
