We’re launching a new training program to help you become an Operational Technology Apprentice with our Operational Technology and Infrastructure Security. Our team is all about monitoring, managing, and protecting industrial assets and equipment, making sure everything runs smoothly for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and support of clients’ server and network environments
- Provide initial support and troubleshooting for systems
- Implement patches and corrective actions needed to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
- Ensure systems have appropriate security baselines and up-to-date vulnerability patches
- Participate in customer planning meetings to remediate service-related issues and/or requests
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Expertise for this Role:
- High school degree OR GED equivalent
- No experience required!
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location and Travel
This position and individual will be based out of our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD office and the amount of travel will vary according to business requirements and in class time. This is an in person role not remote.
