What you will be doing:
In the role of Office Assistant 1 (OA1), you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients at the Kenai Public Health Center. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients, managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will also provide crucial support to our nursing staff, including maintaining files, handling paperwork, and assisting with data entry using various office machines and software programs.

Kenai is surrounded by recreational opportunities unique to Alaska, including one of the largest subsistence dip net fisheries in the state with world-class sized Kings, and four different species of salmon returning to the Kenai River each year.
