Our practice offers medical weight loss utilizing fitness and GLP-1, hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, fitness, nutrition, and aesthetic /cosmetic anti-aging care to provide the most robust menu of wellness and anti-aging services under one roof.
As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in weight loss and aesthetics, you'll have the chance to lead our medical spa and weight loss division, managing patient care and administering cosmetic procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, and PDO thread lifts. You'll get to work in a high-end environment with a team of professionals committed to delivering the ultimate patient experience. As the team lead for these departments, you will be responsible for overseeing and management of mid levels, retention, and clinical results to our patients and report directly to our medical doctors.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who

Has a strong understanding of GLP-1 ( Semiglutide) protocols
Experience working with pellet hormone therapy
Experience working in an aesthetic practice or medical spa setting
A minimum of two years experience administering Botox and Dermal Fillers
A commitment to patient goals
Ability to stay updated on the latest cosmetic trends and techniques
Excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in meeting benchmarks pertaining to patient retention, revenue, and reviews.
Ability to bring a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics knowledge, and a compassionate, heart-first approach to care.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Colorado.
Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a minimum of 2 years experience. ( 5 years experience is preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in GLP-1 weight loss and protocols
Medical Aesthetic experience providing Botox, Dermal Fillers and PDO thread lifts.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques, including the newest injection trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with clients.
Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Strong desire to learn new skills
Experience running or managing mid-levels in a small to large medical practice.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
