DEFINITION: Under the direction of the Business Office Operations Manager, the New Patient Coordinator is responsible for all new patient intake and scheduling for all four clinic locations. The New Patient Coordinator works closely with all departments to ensure we provide our patients with excellent care.
EDUCATION: High School diploma or greater preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have basic computer and typing skills, organizational skills, time management, detail oriented, and proven communication and customer service skills.
One or more years of office experience, preferably in a medical office setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to multi-task and work with others in a team environment in a fast paced office setting.
