MRI Supervisor

About the Role
Our Client seeks a skilled MRI Supervisor to oversee MRI operations. In this role, you’ll manage technical and compliance standards, handle staffing and scheduling, oversee patient care, and serve as a mentor to the MRI team. Additionally, you will participate in a rotating on-call schedule on weekends.
Must-Haves

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program
Certification: Advanced MRI certification
Experience: 3+ years in MRI and 2+ years in a lead tech or supervisory role
Skills: Effective communication and leadership

Nice-to-Haves

Certifications: ACR accreditation participation, MRSO certification

Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflow in MRI
Schedule staff to meet patient volume needs and assist in hiring
Perform MRI Technologist duties and ensure safe, effective patient care
Coach and guide team members to foster collaboration
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and safety regulations in a clinical environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of patient care.
