Mobility Management Coordinator
Community Rides Vermont, based in Barre, VT , is a transportation service serving Central Vermont with a fleet of electric vehicles. We are looking for a Mobility Management Coordinator who will assist customers in getting where they need to go by explaining and connecting them to transportation programs locally and statewide, and finding the best transportation service that meets their needs.
Description and essential functions:
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug tests to include marijuana(recreational and medicinal uses.) CRVT is an Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) employer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 22 per week

Description and essential functions:
- Answer the phone and explain to clients about various transportation programs available to them
- Provide information to social services and health care organizations, on the range of transportation options that are currently available from public transportation providers as well as other services available in the community
- Assist community members with calling public transit agencies to get enrolled into existing programs in which they may be eligible
- Schedule and book rides in Community Rides Vermont vehicles
- Call and/or visit local offices and businesses to share details about our service offerings and the suite of service offerings available in our service area
- Occasionally driving passengers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
