Exciting opportunity for an Outside Medical Sales Membership Consultant in Pine Bluff, AR.

Your focus will be on the senior community, ensuring that seniors who can benefit from excellent medical care are informed and encouraged to join your medical centers.

This role involves both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) sales.

Effective community engagement, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Experience working with and a passion for the Senior Community is a MUST for this role.
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary of $50k per yea PLUS unlimited commission potential (most are making $80-100k on average per year!)

Requirements:

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, and having a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience is necessary, with 2+ years preferred.

Healthcare Background: Experience with Medicare Advantage!

Senior Community: Familiarity with or experience in working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved individuals is a plus.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
