Marketing Manager We are seeking an on-site Marketing Manager to help successfully create, coordinate and implement our outreach to potential clients, past clients and referral sources. We are in the congested elder law and estate planning legal market and are searching for that experienced professional that can help us stand apart from the competition so that we can help more families. Our team approach and supportive work environment makes this a perfect fit for that creative and ambitious marketer. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing both written and digital assets including but not limited to social media, blogs, email, video and webinars / seminars to both consumers and professional colleagues. A quick learning ability and an entrepreneurial spirit combined with the willingness to go the extra mile will help this candidate stand out. We are seeking someone with the right amount of discipline, communication and organizational skills and be the “roll up your sleeves” team player to help grow our estate planning and elder care law firm. Ability to both work independently and be a team player when needed is required. Key Responsibilities: - Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with clients and promote the firm’s events and services. Experience in email sequencing a plus. - Social Media: Plan, create and post social media strategies to enhance the firms presence, engage and grow audience and promote our services. Experience in Facebook ads manager a plus. - Website Management: Ability to maintain website and make changes including uploading new events, webinars and work with the digital agency to manage SEO presence and growth. Experience with Google Business Profiles, and SEO management a plus. - Content Creation/Graphic Design: Develop engaging and compelling content, both digitally and physically, for various marketing channels. Experience with Canva is required. - Strategy, Analytics & Reporting: The ideal candidate will be able to put a “big picture” and growth for the future on paper and present to the Managing Partner, using analytics to support decision making. We are looking for someone with a forward-looking vision who can use their experience and creativity to continue to grow our firm’s presence. - Event Coordination: Assist Business Development in planning and coordinating events, workshops and seminars. Help team prepare for events including collateral preparation and more. - Additional Tasks: There are additional tasks including but not limited to recording and editing video content, administrative tasks, special projects and more. Experience with Canva, Word Press, social pilot, and Microsoft Office products are required. Experience with Facebook ads manager, Law Matics and video editing software are a plus.
