Position Overview:The Marketing Director will play a key role in shaping Back Nine Golf’s brand strategy, driving awareness, and generating growth in both corporate and franchise locations. This leadership role requires a data-driven marketer with deep experience in digital, social media, and brand marketing who can build and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Director will work closely with the Ownership Team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support corporate goals, franchisee success, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy to enhance Back Nine Golf's presence and align with our mission of creating exceptional golf experiences.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media strategies across platforms, and create engaging content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and customer retention.
Franchisee Support: Develop marketing materials, guides, and training to support franchisees’ local marketing efforts; serve as a resource for franchisees to help them build and maintain their local brand presence.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, etc.) and provide regular reports to the Ownership Team to inform future strategies.
Customer Engagement & Community Building: Work to build a vibrant community within Back Nine Golf locations through loyalty programs, in-location events, partnerships, and regular communications.
Campaign Management: Design and execute successful multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, partnerships, and traditional marketing, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
Corporate & Franchise-Wide Initiatives: Support company-wide initiatives, including quarterly tournaments, seasonal campaigns, and new location launches.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies that deliver a high return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of strategic leadership and successful campaign execution.
Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with franchisees, corporate teams, and external partners.
Experience in franchise marketing is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
