MARKETING COORDINATOR

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
● Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities based on market indicators and target persona profiles.
● Create, maintain and strengthen our overall brand by implementing omni channel marketing plans.
● Create branded advertising campaigns, and coordinated content.
● Create and produce onsite visual content (photos, videos) for us online, in social and other campaigns.
● Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
● Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
● Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
● Manage all internal communication systems..
● Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
● Manage marketing contractors and other promotional vendors/agencies..
● Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for company leadership. Make recommendations on data presented.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES

● Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
● Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficient with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Word Press, CRM (Hub Spot or similar), Canva (or similar graphic design software), HTML
● Proficient with social media and associated analytics tools and ability to optimize content as needed
● Understanding of how different content formats (articles, photos, videos) are best used across multiple platforms
● Motivated self-starter, process oriented with high attention to detail
● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
● Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
● One to three years of related experience in marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
● Experience in roofing, home improvement or home services is ideal.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times when needed.
