We are seeking a talented, motivated professional that is highly driven to succeed, willing to set challenging goals and work to achieve those goals-personal & professional.
The best candidates will possess a previous track record of high levels of success in sales, with a loyal & compassionate nature to help others.
Duties will include, conducting conversations/interviews with current & prospective clients on their needs & wants for their insurance program. Matching clients to one of our quality products available and presenting those options in a detailed fashion, consulting with your client to help them choose the best coverage for their needs.
Life insurance and P&C. You will be responsible for cross sell marketing life insurance to our approximately 2000 existing client accounts that do not have this product. As well as the approximate 1200 accounts that have only 1 line of business.
You will work outside the office calling on car dealerships, Mortgage & Real Estate Professionals to establish referral partnerships for car & home insurance. House leads are also provided.
Once you have established success, you will be responsible to hire & develop a team of insurance agents; training them for success in the sales & service.
Requirements for consideration include:
1) A winning, positive, can do attitude
2) Team work mentality
3) Minimum of 3 years documented general sales success
4) 1 year of documented insurance sales success.
5) 1 year or more management experience.
6) Current Licenses for LIfe and P&C.
