Key Responsibilities: · Install, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, including fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and access control systems. · Ensure that installations are in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety codes. · Test and troubleshoot systems to guarantee functionality and adherence to required standards. · Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service and maintain strong client relationships. · Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure timely project completion. Requirements:
Experience with field installations in security systems (fire alarm, intrusion, access control).
Familiarity with fire alarm systems (e.g., EST, Honeywell), intrusion alarms, glass break detectors, door strikes, access control systems, and other low-voltage technologies.
Valid certifications in relevant technologies and knowledge of industry standards
Valid State issued Fire Alarm & Burglar Alarm Licenses
(e.g., NICET, NFPA).
· Ability to travel for several weeks at a time.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
Has basic PPE, and reliable transportation during the training period prior to issuing a company vehicle
Computer/laptop/smartphone proficiency.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) is a plus.
Highly proficient with the use of email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn internal systems.
