- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Ability to assess priorities in a time sensitive environment
- Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain Harper Industries certifications
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and transport completed beds and whole goods
- Accurately load beds and whole goods for shipments
- Stock shelves with parts and whole goods
- Utilize company software system to perform duties and processing of orders
- Assemble kits and deliver to assigned location (bolt, mount, EH, and other kits)
- Identify defective parts and process according to company procedures
- Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipping
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory control as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, inside and outside
- Cut lumber to size with miter saw
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Schedule I Salary:
- 40 + hour work week
- Overtime approved by supervisor
- Some Saturday work required
- Reports to: Shipping Foreman
