Salary Range $26.27 to $31.18 Per Hour
JOB SUMMARY:
Act on behalf of the Construction Manager in his/her absence. Mentor and guide other construction workers on projects and ensure a safe work environment. Make recommendations as to the process and project flow are made to the Construction Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide on-site guidance to ERE employees and sub-contractors.
- Work with the Construction Manager to ensure all ERE projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all ERE employees and sub-contractors.
- Act as key contact in the absence of the Construction Manager.
- Promote a professional work environment.
- Update customers, end-users, and contractors on project status.
- Create an environment of ownership and personal accountability where each person is responsible and accountable for their performance.
- Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport materials to job site(s).
- Provide constructive feedback to construction employees.
- Work within and promote corporate values.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to lead a team of construction employees.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relay thoughts in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Construction experience required.
- Lead experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
