Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and professional Brow and Lash Artist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in makeup artistry, lash extensions, brow shaping and more. A positive and friendly demeanor along with a passion for beauty are essential.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and professional Brow and Lash Artist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in makeup artistry, lash extensions, brow shaping and more. A positive and friendly demeanor along with a passion for beauty are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makeup Artistry:
- Consult with clients to understand their makeup preferences and desired look.
- Apply makeup using appropriate techniques and products for natural, glam and bridal looks.
- Enhance facial features through contouring, highlighting, and shading.
- Perform eyelash extensions, lash lifts, tints, brow laminations, and brow tinting.
- Provide brow waxing, shaping, and tinting services.
- Apply and maintain lash extensions and strip lashes.
- Conduct thorough consultations with new clients, including educating them on proper care of lashes and brows.
- Consults with clients to evaluate eyelash extension goals and makes initial recommendations for styles, curls, and lengths.
- Provide recommendations and sell aftercare products.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Learn and apply our signature techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Minnesota.
- Strong technical skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, brow shaping and tinting
- Proficient knowledge of skin care and beauty products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Self motivated to self-advertise through use of social media
- Be proficient in the use of social media via taking photos and videos of your work along with posting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
