Laborer
Atlas Organics is looking for a Laborer to join our team! The Laborer will be responsible for keeping the grounds mowed and trash free. They will assist the Equipment Operators with various tasks, ensuring a neat and safe work environment. Occasional Mechanics helper.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Benefits:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General grounds keeping, such as trash removal and mowing.
- Build and repair fences.
- Help maintain grounds and facility as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Six (6) months of outdoor laborer or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be a team-player for overall company success.
- Ability to work Monday-Sunday, 7:30am-6pm as needed, holidays included
- Reach (including above the head), bend, climb, push, pull twist, squat, and kneel
- Ability to work in awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift more than 30 pounds frequently.
- Outdoors; will be exposed to weather extremes, dirt, odor, and high levels of noise.
