Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Field Technician/Laborer to join our team in the oil field. The ideal candidate will assist with flare mitigation, gas capture, compressor maintenance, and various field operations. While experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities
Assist in flare mitigation and gas capture operations.
Perform maintenance on compressors and generators, ensuring optimal performance.
Support welding tasks as needed to maintain equipment and infrastructure.
Participate in H2S safety protocols and adhere to all safety regulations.
Operate and tow equipment and trailers as required.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in various field tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in the oil field is a plus but not required.
Construction experience is preferred.
Experience with flare mitigation, gas capture, compressor maintenance, or generators is a plus.
Certifications:
H2S/PEC certification preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous.
Ability to operate and tow equipment safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand various weather conditions.
Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed.
