Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Jr. Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, ready to support both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, handle data entry tasks, and assist visitors at our offices. Proficiency in Canva is preferred (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus), along with familiarity in social media management, Microsoft Office, and Word Press. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of creating and managing content.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of traditional and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
Creative Development: Use Canva and others platforms to create visual content for campaigns and contribute creative ideas to enhance visuals and written materials. Adobe experience is a plus.
Social Media Management: Manage daily social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In), including scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and updating content.
Video Content Creation: Develop short videos, including Reels, and posts for social media to increase engagement and bring the brand's message to life.
Copywriting and Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy for social media, email marketing, and ad campaigns to effectively communicate key brand messages.
Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data across marketing and CRM platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and reliable.
Additional Responsibilities
Customer Service: Attend to visitors and clients at our offices, providing a welcoming and professional experience while addressing their needs or inquiries.
Advertising on Meta: Assist in ad purchases on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), focusing on audience targeting, budget allocation, and optimizing ad performance.
Email Marketing and CRM Management: Use platforms like Mailchimp to design, schedule, and track email campaigns; maintain and update CRM systems to keep data accurate.
Organization and Scheduling: Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to ensure all assignments are completed on time.
Team Collaboration and Support: Demonstrate a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to support various initiatives.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva (Adobe is a plus), and Word Press.
Knowledge of social media management and web platforms.
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and CRM systems.
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Basic knowledge of ad management on platforms like Meta.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content, posts, and video campaigns.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
