Interior Designer
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design solutions for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and other team members to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Responsibilities:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Conceptualization & Design Development: Generate creative design concepts, develop detailed plans, schematic design, design development, space planning, design feasibility and construction documentation. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings. Participate in site surveys. Collaborate with MEP, Structural and Civil Engineers and Architectural Firms as necessary.
- Material Selection and Sourcing: Specify and source appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories for projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Presentation & Collaboration: Create design presentations with support of internal team. Prepare images, material & mood boards relating to the design.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that designs are cost-effective & project aligned
- Trend Research & Education: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table & add to library. Meet with Reps regularly, Attend after hour industry membership events for education, and as a marketing effort to the community. Provide mentorship & guidance to junior designers and coordinate their efforts to achieve project goals.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
