MTNA Rainsville Plant is looking for an Injection Technician for 2nd shift.

Job Summary:
Make mold and material changes reflected by production schedule. Ensure all injection related equipment is set up properly and producing “Quality” parts. Continuously monitor all injection equipment and programs for desired results. Communicate with all shifts concerning status of equipment, programs, and productions requirements.

Responsibilities:

Operate overhead crane to install and remove injection molds.
Make mold and material changes reflected by production schedule.
Ensure all injection related equipment is set up properly and producing “Quality” parts.
Continuously monitor all injection equipment and programs for desired results
Communicate with all shifts concerning status of equipment, programs, and productions requirements.
Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
Report any accidents / injuries /near misses immediately and cooperate fully with any investigations.
Safely perform all tasks in a timely manner
Heavy Lifting 50-100 pounds
Willing and able to work overtime and weekends, even on a short notice basis.
Other duties as assigned.
