Candidate will oversee the day-to-day HR/Payroll operations for a multidisciplinary medical system in West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. System employs 200 employees though a Medical Clinic, Surgery Center, Physician Group, and Home Health Agency.
Qualifications/Benefits:
Candidate will oversee the day-to-day HR/Payroll operations for a multidisciplinary medical system in West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. System employs 200 employees though a Medical Clinic, Surgery Center, Physician Group, and Home Health Agency.
Qualifications/Benefits:
- Bachelors preferred, and/or 5+ years’ experience and progressive leadership in an HR setting.
- Knowledge of California fair Labor & Standards Act.
- Employee Engagement & Conflict Resolution.
- Must have working knowledge of healthcare and pay structure including 1099/W2.
- Benefit Package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
- Salary Range $75,000 to $115,000.
