- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred in Human Resources. - MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 6 years as a generalist.
- Proficiency in labor laws and labor reforms.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with occupational safety programs / OSHA. - Change Management Experience - Knowledge in multinational companies with KPI's and SOP's.
