Qualifications for a Human Resources Benefits Generalist
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience with benefits administration, wellness initiatives, FMLA, and ADA
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to walk the shop floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to drive to local events and locations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong ethics
- Great communication skills and follow up
- Self-Starter
- Creative thinker
- High energy, positive attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel- experience with Paylocity, and Share Point are a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a definite plus.
