Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned floors ensuring overall cleanliness of property rooms.
Duties:

Maintain the standards set by the Housekeeper, to support all staff within the Housekeeping department.
Assigns work to housekeepers and other cleaning personnel and training all manner of housekeeping duties.
Ensure that the staff has the equipment to do their duties in an efficient and correct manner.
Check all incoming guest rooms and public areas on a daily basis.
Check all work areas within the Housekeeping department, daily.
Assist Housekeepers clean rooms in the absence or short of staff.
Escorts Pest Control when spraying in rooms on a quarterly basis.
Escorts Houseman to collect coins in the safety box in guest rooms quarterly.
Escorts Engineering staff when processing job orders to in-house guests.
Tracks discrepancy reports of Housekeeper.
To develop and encourage good workers.
Ensures that all lost and found items are logged in and turned in to security at the end of shift.
Inspects all linen room to ensure it is in order.
May inventory and deliver amenities if needed.
Reports need for guestroom redecoration, renovation, and/or repairs required.
Assist in the continual training of all housekeeping personnel.
Conducts introductory or annual performance reviews for staff members.
Keep open communication within the department and hotel.
Performs other duties as assigned.
