The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely as a “hands-on” employee and be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in all aspects of the Housekeeping department including planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the housekeeping department. Responsibilities:
Participation in the development of business strategies for the rooms division aligned with the hotel's overall objectives.
Contribution to the development and implementation of the Housekeeping department’s business and operational strategies.
Assisting the Housekeeping Manager to oversee, lead, and direct Housekeeping operations.
Ensuring a positive environment for incoming guests.
Providing orientation and training for employees.

Experience in managing a team of housekeeping staff will be an asset.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
