We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Manage reservations and room assignments
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
Excellent multitasking abilities
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
