We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, hospitality, custodial services, and housekeeping management within hotel or industrial cleaning settings.
Duties:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies Manage and train housekeeping staff
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and assignments
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Proven experience in housekeeping management
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
