Duties
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Perform night audit duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and cash handling.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
