House Cleaner in Springfield

Position: Professional Cleaner
Maravilla Cleaners, a reputable and growing cleaning company, is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team. We take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients and strive to create a clean and healthy environment for all.
Compensation: Our company offers a compensation range between $2000-$4000 per month according to the hours of work, with an additional $10 stipend per home cleaned as a gas bonus. All the tips provided by the clients are 100% for the cleaner.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty trash.
Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Report if something is damaged, broken or if there's any plague in the place.
Adhere to established schedules and complete tasks within the designated timeframes.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
Uphold confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and property.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with routine and deep cleanings (Post-construction, vacation rental and airbnb experience preferred but not required).
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.(if the customer request it)
Attention to detail to ensure thorough and meticulous cleaning.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism, friendliness, and strong customer service skills.
Valid driver's license
Flexibility in working evening shifts, weekends, or on-call hours, as required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
