Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining various types of flooring.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and housekeeping management practices.
- Experience in floor care, including hard surface maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
