House Cleaner

Job Summary:
Premium House Cleaning is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Residential
Cleaner to join our team. As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients in West Jordan and surrounding areas. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for delivering exceptional cleaning services and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
● Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of residential properties, including houses, apartments, condos, and townhouses.
● Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the property.
● Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
● Wipe down and polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
● Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.
● Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling bins.
● Make beds and change linens, ensuring a fresh and inviting appearance.
● Organize and arrange furniture and decorative items as needed.
● Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
● Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and appropriate manner.
● Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
● Handle special cleaning requests from clients, such as deep cleaning or specific cleaning products.
● Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special instructions.
● Ensure confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and personal belongings.
● Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in residential cleaning or related cleaning services.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
● Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
● Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
