Position: Hospitality Client Relations Supervisor
Location: San Juan, PR 00918
Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday - Dayshift

We are seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to serve as the key liaison between our client and Forrest Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a customer service mindset, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and proficiency in technology and has led a team. Key Responsibilities:

Will lead a team of 2 associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Build and maintain client relationships, resolving issues and enhancing services.
Monitor project progress and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
Oversee meeting spaces, workspaces, kitchen areas, and backup reception services.
Produce weekly reports and participate in leadership discussions.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Leading a team.
2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, or event planning preferred.
Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, AV equipment).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and client-focused mentality.
