Hookah Makers at a Hookah Lounge

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Hookah Makers to join our vibrant team at our Hookah Lounge. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hookahs to our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience in a welcoming environment. Your culinary skills and customer service expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' enjoyment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble hookahs with precision, ensuring the use of fresh and quality ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah preparation area in compliance with food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about hookah options, and making recommendations.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels of hookah supplies and assist in restocking as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the lounge environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred, particularly within the food industry or quick-service fast food restaurant settings.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe preparation area.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Sales experience, particularly in upselling products, is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hookah culture and willingness to learn about different flavors and preparation techniques.

Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
