Overview
Join our vibrant Hookah Lounge, where we create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests to relax and enjoy quality hookah experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our patrons while ensuring the lounge operates smoothly.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hookah flavors and setups to guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including seating, tables, and hookah equipment.
Assist with food preparation and service as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
Monitor inventory levels of hookah supplies and food items, reporting any shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Uphold all health and safety regulations within the lounge environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is essential.
Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for hookah culture and an eagerness to learn about different flavors and preparation techniques.
