Overview
Join our vibrant Hookah Lounge as a Hookah Maker, where you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Hookah Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hookah products while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a flair for culinary arts.
Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble hookahs with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure all hookah equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and answering any questions about our hookah offerings.
Upsell additional products and services to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the lounge.

Experience

Previous experience in the culinary field or food service industry is preferred.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
Background in kitchen operations or quick service fast food restaurants is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
