Responsibilities
- Provide expert application and maintenance of various types of hair extensions.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair extension options.
- Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring is not required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols.
- Utilize salon software, such as Square Appointments, for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair extensions and styling techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
- Educate clients on proper care and maintenance of their hair extensions.
- Proven experience in hair extensions application and maintenance.
- Strong skills in cosmetology, including knowledge of color theory and hair styling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly Square Appointments, is preferred.
- Ability to sanitize tools and equipment effectively to ensure client safety.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
