We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Leader to oversee and facilitate engaging activities for children in a supportive and nurturing environment. Duties
Lead and supervise group activities, ensuring all participants are engaged and safe.
Implement educational programs that foster learning and development among students.
Manage classroom dynamics by employing effective behavior management techniques.
Provide first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment for all participants.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that meets the needs of all students.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Facilitate tutoring sessions or additional support for students needing extra help.
Organize theater or creative arts activities to enhance children's creativity and self-expression.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and student progress.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in educational settings is highly desirable.
Skills in classroom management and behavior management are essential for success in this role.
Experience in childcare or babysitting can be beneficial.
A background in tutoring or educating children will be advantageous.
Familiarity with theater or creative arts programs is a plus.
First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
