Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage and develop a high-performing team
- Implement and monitor budgets, financial plans, and revenue strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and brand standards
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management
- Strong financial acumen and business sense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
