The Guest Services Associate position ensures that all of our guests are well taken care of as well as making sure all front desk operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Process reservations and manage room assignments
Professionally and promptly handle complaints or concerns from guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Operate phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service and anticipating guest needs
Work together with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Skills
Strong computer skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated excellence in guest service.
Ability to multitask with limited supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
