We are seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support our manufacturing and production operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks, pallets, and storage areas.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in an industrial setting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, if needed.
