- Provide individualized support to students by implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Assist in developing social, academic, and behavioral skills to enhance student success.
- Record data on student progress, analyze trends, and report results to behavior analysts and educational staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to create inclusive, positive learning experiences.
- Attend regular training and development sessions to stay current on best practices in behavior therapy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Certification: RBT certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents is preferred.
