Full Charge Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities
Pay: $27.14 - $28.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week

- Daily Sales Journal Entries
- Payroll
- Prepare bi-weekly/quarterly tax returns
- Reconciling monthly bank statements
- Monitor cash flow
- Human Resources
- Coordinate and maintain staff records and new hire paperwork
- Quick Books experience required
- Assist Accountant with Income Tax returns
- Experience with AP, AR, HR and payroll
- Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word
- 21 Years old +Additional Compensation:

- 8 hour shift
