Frozen/Dairy Associate (PT Perishable Associate)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dairy Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing dairy products within our retail environment, ensuring that inventory is well-maintained and organized. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities

Maintain the dairy section by organizing products and ensuring proper rotation of stock to minimize waste.
Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Engage with customers to provide information about dairy products, enhancing their shopping experience.
Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and management, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Monitor product quality and freshness, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Assist in training new staff members on best practices for inventory control and customer service.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is essential.
Ability to operate RF scanners and other inventory management tools effectively.
